Top Image Ltd received the BIDCO merchandising contract on the 15th September 2006, and have successfully merchandised BIDCO products for the last 3 years. Our motto being ‘THE REALITY IS AT THE GEMBA’’ we  have been able to deliver and retain the contract to date. Our major KPI's in merchandising includes:

 

GROWTH IN SALES

  • By Pushing and promoting sales against competitors
  • Increase order booking in all outlets

 

MINIMIZE OUT OF STOCK OCCURANCES

  • Checking insufficient stock out and pricing
  • Following up on orders and making sure that deliveries are done on time
